I am a 20/22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and XL/2X/3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Rebecca size chart, I should be a 2X.

Pictured in the khaki one, I am wearing a 2X LuLaRoe Rebecca which is my true to size and fits just fine.
In the navy blue LuLaRoe Rebecca pictured in the size chart, I am wearing a 3X Rebecca which is one up from my usual size and I personally do not feel like the cut is too big or too generous.
Ultimately I think most ladies will like the fit of their true to size Rebecca, but some ladies might like to size up for a slightly looser and longer fit.
